Getting up Early this morning to do some Core-strengthening and Yoga.
Win - win - win
Had my first Vi-Shape shake this morning= Yummy in my tummy.
Boom! When you stick to the system and you don’t CHEAT yourself= self reward.
weighing in today at 172.8 which I will gladly just round up to 173lbs.
That’s 5lbs lost in two weeks of sticking to the system and not cheating myself ^_^

I am the FACE of OBESITY.
I have lost over 100lbs and it has been an amazing journey
I’ve started my 90-day Challenge with Body By Vi and my goal is to lose 20lbs.
first week 2lbs.
Tuesday will be my 2nd week and weigh-in!
I am also doing a 3-day detox.
Biggest thing for me during this 90-days is to lose 10lbs so I can help Project 10 Kids. Once I’ve lost my 10lbs I will be able to help a child at-risk or obese child.
I grew up being the FAT GIRL and my heart belongs to the youth. No child deserves to worry about weight-loss.

Ready to take my challenge serious. Today’s weigh-in for me sucked. But I know what I have to do to get myself back on track.
My new GOAL when I lose 20lbs in my 90-day challenge is to become a JAZZERCISE INSTRUCTOR.
I hate to admit it but I hate to run and I’m just not a runner or a machine kind of girl.
I’m going back to what makes me happy and passionate about DANCING.
But I am definitely keeping weight-training in my routine.
Holding myself accountable.

2. Weigh-in for one of my challenge partners. She lost 2.2lbs her first weigh in. I’m excited for her. #2 weigh-in
3. GST Training with my challenge partner :)
4. GST Training with one of my promoters.
5. Possible gym again?

So I haven’t blogged in a LOOOOOOONG time. Sorry, so here is my life..
1.I’ve been promoted 2x at work. Working on getting promoted 3rd time this year.
2. I just joined an amazing company that promotes FIGHTING OBESITY and now just launched Project10kids. (www.bellavifitness.bodybyvi.com) -for info on the company, sign my guestbook.
3. I have a new boy friend who cares about me a lot. I’m super happy with him. He keeps it super real and is just amazing.
I told myself 2013 is going to be my year and it has been and will continue to be that way.
Anyways I’m going to continue to blog and update. from now on, I miss it and everyone :)
