Tonights Plans..
Just ate dinner (430ishPM) I’m trying to avoid eating passed 7pm, plus I’ve been eating breakfast really early= earlier lunches as well.
Going to the gym at 6pm for some running and PiYo.
I think this sounds like a good plan and then some studying for TEAS.
**So my question for today for you all.. Do you snack after you’ve eaten dinner. I only ASK because I probably will snack...

I forgot to mention on saturday during my day off me and a friend of mine went to get ourselves pampered.
This Nail shop had a Package Deal: Manicure, Pedicure, Eyebrow waxing and lip waxing for $40. What a DEAL! I usually get my nails done and end up paying about $40 for just a set. Yea I’m a girly girl. So I’ve been into getting my whole nail painted versus the colored tips....

FAIL
Still feeling sore from BOOTCAMP, so I skipped out on going to the gym this morning and what a PUNISHMENT for not going.. Out of all days I am running late I park across the campus from my first class and I get to class after power walking… CLASS is CANCELED.
2hours to study is the upside.. but this early of studying is kind of bummer.
To get back into the swing.. going to do a 30min run...

Cardio Kickboxing :)
Off this lovely SATURDAY morning.

TRX fail.. but PiYo win.
So the guy at the gym who signed us up totally didn’t sign me and my friends up for the correct class.. The class running was already full and we were there to do what!?
But NO FEAR, we got to try PiYo. Pilates and Yoga incorporated workout.
SWEAT SWEAT SWEAT and felt so good :)
It was a BIG fail but such a BIG win. Found a new workout.
Hard as PILATES yet relaxing as YOGA :)

Boom Boom POW!
So I had a HIGH calorie lunch but I had an AWESOME Circuit Strong (aka Spinning) class.
It feels good to sweat so much! But my left leg started to cramp towards the end. I pushed them to hard :P Gotta get my stamina back up on my legs :)
People always tell me if you do spinning, you will be fine running.. (vice versa) Yea right. Both are so different. Put a runner on a bike and a biker on foot.....

Yesterday’s lunch: 397 Calories
Yupp a BIG Difference, aye ya aye..

CRAZY.. I have learned so much about calories and eating through nutrition. Yet I still learn through experience, not just through books :)

1st day of school is not OVER yet.
But so far I LIKE all my classes, they aren’t LOVE STATUS yet but I think JAZZ DANCE will get there!

Fat and Ugly
Haters going to HATE. Well let them.
So during my last semester at my community college this girl I know (I thought I was friends with) was going around telling our group of friends (her close group of friends, I just kind of knew then through a mutual friend) that she DID NOT LIKE me because I was FAT and UGLY.
This really TORE me apart inside. My confidence level shot down. To make it worst...

Thursday morning update..
So I took like a 2hour nap yesterday and then drove home..
I still felt really sleepy, went to bed at 11 last night and this morning I’m still feeling really sleepy and really SORE.
I’m taking a day off from working out. Body is over worked.
For the last 3 weeks, 2 of those 2 weeks I’ve worked out 2-3 times a day. This week some what the same but a little less.

wednesday update
I’m SORE. Yoga.. Pilates.. wow, I feel muscles I haven’t felt in so long.
c25k: Week 5 day 2, I believe.. 20MINUTE RUN. I wanted to give up at 13minutes into the run but I didn’t because I know I would be very disappointed at myself.. which means stress eating. Now I feel good I ran 20minutes.
Lunch at PITA PIT had a Babaganoush: Hummus and roasted eggplant spread with romaine...

PILATES.. Ouch.
So I do a lot of CARDIO and I haven’t focused on strength.
I get my strength work in but I use to do Body sculpting which revolved around strength work and from that class I got a lot of upper and lower body strength..
Went to PILATES today.. yea all that work from body sculpting DIMINISHED.
This just makes me want to get my core strength back.

Run Donna Run!!
Hehe,
So today I decided to do a scenic run around my apartment complex. I imaped the route I took and its a 1.69mil run. (not just around my apartment, down a couple blocks and around to the other side)
My challenge for February is to RUN 2 of those, making it a 3.38mi run (5k-ish)
well today I’ve got Zumba ans Pilates!
Ughh it was hard waking up.. I am sore!!

Nike+ App on Ipod?
So I’ve tried using this app several times and it doesn’t work for me.
Is there something I’m doing wrong? It keeps just saying walk around to activate sensor and nothing.. Ijust keep walking aimlessly.
Does anyone know how I fix this or suggestions?

I’m stressed and I just ate a BAG of chips O_O
300 calories gone to waste.. I could of ate something more nutritious.
I don’t know why I did it because I already know CHIPS definitely does not satisfy me. Empty calories. I eat it and nothing I’m not satisfied. FAIL. MAJOR FAIL.

So this is BIG I ran a Mile in 12minutes using c25k.
Ok in middle school this was IMPOSSIBLE. I would have caved and just walked for 30minutes for ONE MILE!!!
2miles in 25mins.
Every time I run now I like to challenge myself.
The other day I ran at the state park near where my parents live, I did the c25k and on my way back to my starting point I RAN the whole way through back :)
