182lbs -December 31, 2010 Not my goal for 170’s but its closer to it than I was in the beginning of the month. 186-182= 4lbs in one month about a 0.8lbs off each week. Considering this month has been killer and the 25th killed it for me. Here I come 170’s in January!!

Worked on a MONDAY. A first since summer O_o It wasn’t too bad. I had an EASY day running around doing all sorts of things. Good! I was on my feet moving and not stationary. Worked out at Jazz :) It was well spent hour!! Can’t wait to start at The Well though. I am about to hit the Ab class and Yoga :)

Running in the RAIN.
I’m glad I did it. I decided 12PM today I needed to snap out of my “LAZY DAY”. So I geared up to RUN and when I went outside it was sprinkling :( but I was like FREAK this I’m all geared up lets just put a hooded jacket over and GO! I’m glad I did because I live on a hill and it was sprinkling at top but at the bottom of the hills was just cloudy. Feeling good now...
