182lbs -December 31, 2010
Not my goal for 170’s but its closer to it than I was in the beginning of the month.
186-182= 4lbs in one month
about a 0.8lbs off each week. Considering this month has been killer and the 25th killed it for me.
Here I come 170’s in January!!

Wow I can’t believe 2010 is almost gone. It has been one of the best years. I have grown and experienced so much. I can’t wait for whats to come in 2011 :)

Went for my run today and made 2Mi in 30 minutes. This is a BIG ACCOMPLISHMENT for me.
I’m not a runner and I don’t know if that is good but in my books its so good.
It just brings me back to Middle School. When running became my most HATED activity. Being one of the heaviest in class and having to RUN a MILE in under 45minutes SUCKED because everyone else got it done but here I was...

1 serving of honey twist pretzels

Worked on a MONDAY. A first since summer O_o
It wasn’t too bad. I had an EASY day running around doing all sorts of things. Good! I was on my feet moving and not stationary.
Worked out at Jazz :) It was well spent hour!!
Can’t wait to start at The Well though. I am about to hit the Ab class and Yoga :)

Running in the RAIN.
I’m glad I did it. I decided 12PM today I needed to snap out of my “LAZY DAY”.
So I geared up to RUN and when I went outside it was sprinkling :( but I was like FREAK this I’m all geared up lets just put a hooded jacket over and GO!
I’m glad I did because I live on a hill and it was sprinkling at top but at the bottom of the hills was just cloudy.
Feeling good now...

Morning workout. Stepped on the scale this morning and was SUPER surprised.
I’m going to wait till the end of the month to POST an update but I like what I saw and I hope it wasn’t a dream because I checked twice.
