2/23 weigh-in: 167lbs (down 1lb)
2/24 Run: 1mi- 11minutes; 3mi in 31minutes; Total of 3.33 miles (3 is my lucky number)

bad weight-loss.
I stepped on the scale this morning: 171lbs
Just 2days ago 176lbs
I’m not proud of that.
I ate like 2cups of cereal and 1 cup of mixed fruit all yesterday only..

Paying for my decisions
This past weekend.. I ATE BAD. Really really bad.
Meaning I didn’t count calories. I just ingested food.
Hot wings, house fries, steak fajitas…
I isn’t eat A LOT but enough to go over my calorie intake xP
