bad weight-loss.
I stepped on the scale this morning: 171lbs Just 2days ago 176lbs I’m not proud of that. I ate like 2cups of cereal and 1 cup of mixed fruit all yesterday only.. I’ve been crying and sleeping.

Ive been so Busy xP Working out has been good :) Weight has stabilized in the mid-70s Now to burn it down!

This past weekend.. I ATE BAD. Really really bad. Meaning I didn’t count calories. I just ingested food. Hot wings, house fries, steak fajitas… I isn’t eat A LOT but enough to go over my calorie intake xP
